**4. Refund Policy**
4.1 **Returns**: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
4.2 **Return Conditions**: To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4.4 **Shipping Costs for Returns**: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items if the item was recived by the customer in expected condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Lilies In The Valley Botanical LLC will cover return costs if the product arrived not to our standards due to our actions.
4.5 **Damaged or Defective Products**: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at liliesinthevalleybotanical@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
